Tote Smarter was started after having watched thousands of moves happen from the inside out.
After years working property management in Bloomington, I helped countless residents move in and out of apartments and homes. Move after move, I watched people struggle with the same thing: flimsy cardboard boxes that collapsed under weight, rolls of tape that ran out mid-pack, and recycling bins overflowing with single-use cardboard the moment they arrived at the new place.
